What Does this lab Test Result Mean?

Recent labs show a decrease in ALT from 40 to 25; decrease in albumin/globulin ratio from 1.1 to 0.9; increase in globulin from 3.4 to 4.1; decrease in glucose from 128 to 112. Erythrocyte mean corpuscular Hg decreased from 33.4 to 32.4 gm/dl. I do not have a thyroid, removed due to cancer 10 years ago. All other tests, including thyroid studies are WNL.
